Bonfire Night

Bonfire night is on the 5th November annually.  Every year, the community gathers wood to create a great bonfire and hundreds of people gather around to watch the spectacle.  Our majestic and magnificent fire is lit around 6.30pm every year for people to come to observe, and enjoy a variety of refreshments near at hand in the park. Whilst  Bonfire Night traditionally includes fireworks of course, no fireworks are allowed in the park itself … but there’s plenty of sky above it to contain the delights of any nearby displays.
