The old Victorian park-keeper’s Lodge is situated at the top of the park next to the Bowling Club and the Stuffed mobile cafe. It is a base for the local Community Police Officers who can sometimes be seen on patrol and is also where the Council park staff operate from when working in the park.
It has been a longstanding goal of VPAG to get the Lodge restored and returned to community use. There is a proposal linked to the development of Bedminster Green which might see this happen – watch this space for more information!
Situated in the same building as the Lodge are the old public toilets. Currently, one is open during the day and includes disabled facilities.
